Chinese soybean pudding

Alex Tjoa March 16, 2015

"Douhua (Chinese: 豆花; pinyin:dòuhuā) is the short form of doufuhua (Chinese: 豆腐花;pinyin: dòufuhuā). It is aChinese snack made with very soft tofu. It is also referred to as tofu pudding and soybean pudding."

The soybean pudding is served in an antique white and blue Chinese bowl. The Chinese spoon with the butterfly tip handle is said to be from a shipwreck.

"Otak dan hati nurani kita harus dilatih terus agar kita jadi perpanjangan tangan Tuhan.
Our mind and conscience must be trained all the time so that we can be the extension of God's hand."

The Curves of Time

"I am not attracted to straight angles or to the straight line, hard and inflexible, created by man. I am attracted to free-flowing sensual curves. The curves that I find in the mountains of my country, in the sinuousness of its rivers, in the waves of the ocean, and on the body of the beloved woman. Curves make up the entire universe, the curved universe of Einstein."
— Oscar Niemeyer, "The Curves of Time"

Mastery

"The sword and mind must be united. Technique by itself is insufficient, and spirit alone is not enough."
— Yamada Jirokichi, the 15th headmaster or sōke of Kashima Shinden Jikishinkage-ryū
